POLYGHOST HYBRID DOSIMIX PUMP

Ghost Hybrid Pneumatic or Electric DOSIMIX PUMP 2022.png

Got Air? Introducing our GhostBLOK Hybrids. No power required! It is a complete pneumatic-liquid polymer activation system that does not require electricity, external dosing pump nor external motor. Just plug air into the skid and start! Adjust dosing, adjust dilution water and create your desired solution concentration to poly feed in any dewatering machine like centrifuges, belt filter presses, clarifiers and even more.

We are the dosing pumps, we are the blenders, we can go electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and even solar powered... above the sea or under it. The all-in-one: Ghost Hybrids.

How It Works

POLYGHOST MIXING CHAMBER

1. Blending Zone #1: Polymer or Chemicals enters to the Ghost Mixing Reactor via integrated injection Quill check valves.

2. Blending Zone #1: Water or Main Stream Medium enters to the Ghost Mixing Reactor.

3. Blending Zone #1: Poly / Water 1st mixing contact in the Ghost Mixing Reactor .

4. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution enters to the high shear Mixing Stage inside the Ghost Reactor Blending Cup.

5. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution Passes thru high shear mixing and enters to Cup #1 stage inside the Ghost Reactor Blending Cup.

6. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution Passes from Cup #1 Stage to Cup #2 stage Inside the Ghost Reactor Blending Cup.

7. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution passes from Cup #2 Stage to Cup #3 Stage inside the Ghost Reactor Blending Cup.

8. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution passes from Cup #3 Stage to Cup #4 Stage inside the Ghost Reactor Blending Cup.

9. Blending Zone #2: Created Solution passes from Cup #4 Stage and Ghost Reaction Blending Cup into to the Ghost Spiral Reactor Aging Stage.

10. Blending Zone #3: Created Solution passes thru an aging and final retention time stage inside the Ghost Spiral Reactor.

11. Blending Zone #4: Created Solution passes from the Ghost Spiral Reactor into the Ghost Final Polishing Reactor for final Blending Polishing.

12. Blending Zone #4: Solution Outlet

The use of standard and permanent magnet submersible motors inside our chambers or reactors opened a new world of unprecedent municipal and industrial applications.  PolyGhost's Reactors can use either electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and solar powered submersible motors.

From low RPMs to high speeds, from low torque to high torques = total control.
