Got Air? Introducing our GhostBLOK Hybrids. No power required! It is a complete pneumatic-liquid polymer activation system that does not require electricity, external dosing pump nor external motor. Just plug air into the skid and start! Introducing the Hybrids by PolyGhost. Today we open a new category of technology that outperforms any liquid polymer blending technology out there. Our Hybrid technology eliminates the use of external dosing pumps. We can dose and blend at the same time.
Our Ghost Hybrids are the unique integration of our chemical blending technology with submersible progressive cavity pump technology driven by a permanent magnet submersible motor. Our progressive cavity dosing pump is driven with the exact submersible motor that runs our mixer inside our blending chamber. The shaft that connects the motor with our mixer is extended to the top of the blender and connected via coupling pins to a stainless-steel rotor. The rotor is paired to its elastomer stator.
Our 1st Ghost Hybrid (one of its kind) is currently in the production line and is destined for Lajas WWTP. The fabrication of this Dual Mix-Dose 1st Hybrid skid start in January 2022. Which integrates a 350-Gal neat polymer tank and 2 Hybrids, one in operation and a second in stand by mode per customers request.
And by the way: We eliminated from the equation the polymer check valve! Maintenance Free!

Unleash the force of a disruptive innovation...The Ghost Hybrid-Uno. What if I tell you that dosing pumps will no longer be needed for liquid polymer activation systems. An ambush that no one saw coming: The Ghost Hybrid-Uno.
The Ghost Hybrid-Uno is the unique integration of our submersible polymer/chemical activation technology with submersible progressive cavity pump technology. This submersible PC dosing pump is driven with the exact submersible actuator that runs our mixers inside our blending cup. The actuator is electric, pneumatic or hydraulic. The shaft that connects the actuator with the mixers is extended to the top of the blender and connected via coupling pins to a stainless steel rotor. The rotor is paired to its elastomer stator. We use an immersed multifunctional shaft that mix and dose at once. The cool part is that the design enabled us to install sight ports, allowing view access of the moment when polymer enters in contact with dilution water.
